Description
These swelling husks have a particularly high mucilage content and bind soil and sand in the intestines. This allows dirt particles to be excreted.
Application
Feeding recommendation:
Mix 50 to 100 g (1.5 to 3 scoops) per 500 kg of body weight into the dry concentrate, or soak in plenty of water for 20 minutes and then mix into the feed. Psyllium husks are not suitable for long-term feeding. It is recommended to feed them at intervals, with a maximum feeding duration of approximately 4 weeks. 1 measuring spoon corresponds to approximately 35 g.
