Description
For the short-term additional supply of minerals to cows after calving. Also to stimulate the formation of rumen flora. When combined with propylene glycol, it also helps to remedy energy deficits.
Application
Feeding recommendation:
For high-yielding cows, approximately 2 to a maximum of 8 hours after calving, dissolve 500 g of Dairy Power Drench concentrate with 250 g of propylene glycol in 30 liters of lukewarm water and offer it for drinking, administer it orally, or use a suitable drenching device to administer it (drench). Administer once in cases of sudden drop in performance and insufficient feed intake. Caution: When drenching, ensure that the esophageal tube is inserted above the cow’s tongue, through the esophagus, and into the rumen (smell test). Also ensure that the esophageal tube does not enter the trachea or lungs, as this can lead to severe pneumonia and death.
Special instructions:
Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a cool and dry place. Shelf life: at least 18 months from the date of manufacture. Reseal opened containers and inner bags tightly. 10 kg is equivalent to 1 dose for 20 cows. One measuring cup contains approx. 250 g.
